VISUAL Synergies: Body, Painting, and Image in Dialogue
Visual Synergies is an artistic project born at the intersection of painting, photography, and the representation of the body. It is an intertwining of visual languages that merge to create works where the human figure is not merely a subject, but a living, active part of the creative process.
The title reflects this dialogue among visual elements: a synergy of gestures, color, texture, and presence, where every component helps shape the overall meaning. Through body painting, photographic composition, and the physical presence of the model, each phase reveals a distinct way of inhabiting the artwork.
Each act revisits and reinterprets earlier paintings by the artist from different stages of her career. These original works are reimagined through the body’s intervention, renewing their visual language and deepening their impact.
In summary:
Visual Synergies connects body and art in a journey where the image is not simply represented, but truly lived. By uniting painting, photography, and physical presence across three acts, the body moves from origin to integration, ultimately transforming the meaning of the work itself.
